At Roverra, we want you and your pet to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for:
- Used items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through misuse

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Processing times may vary between financial institutions
