Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. We ship internationally, and delivery windows may vary by country. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our team and we'll sort it out immediately.

How do I clean the bottle?
Keeping your Roverra™ bottle clean is simple. The drinking trough detaches easily for a thorough rinse after every use. For a deeper clean, wash all components with warm water and mild dish soap. The bottle is not recommended for dishwashers — hand washing preserves the seal integrity and extends the life of your bottle significantly.
Is the bottle truly leak-proof?
Yes. The Roverra™ bottle features a precision-engineered locking mechanism that keeps water sealed until you're ready to use it. Whether it's rattling around in a backpack or sitting in a car cup holder, it won't leak. We've tested it extensively in real outdoor conditions — so you can focus on the trail, not your bag.
What is the bottle's capacity?
Our bottle holds 350ml — the ideal size for walks, hikes, and travel without adding unnecessary weight. It's compact enough to slip into most jacket pockets or clip onto a bag, while still holding enough water to keep your dog properly hydrated on the go.
What size dogs is this designed for?
The Roverra™ bottle is designed to work comfortably for small to large breeds. The drinking trough is wide enough for bigger dogs to drink easily, while still being manageable for smaller ones. If your dog can drink from a bowl, they can drink from Roverra™.
What materials is the bottle made from?
Your dog's health is our priority. The Roverra™ bottle is made from BPA-free, food-grade materials that are completely safe for pets. The outer shell is built to handle the bumps and drops of real outdoor use, while the interior stays clean, odour-free, and safe for daily hydration.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return and refund policy?
We stand behind every product we ship. If you're not completely satisfied with your Roverra™ purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. To start a return, simply contact our support team and we'll guide you through the process.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
That should never happen — but if it does, we'll make it right immediately. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you, no questions asked. Your experience with Roverra™ matters to us far more than any single transaction.
